405 Fwy South to Seal Beach Blvd (south of Long Beach, North of Huntington Beach)
At the light, take Seal Beach Blvd to the left toward Leisure World, past oil dereks, & the wild life refuge to the Pacific Coast Highway.
Go left on PCH, but stay in the right lane.
You will go over a bridge, and the first right you can make will be SURFSIDE COLONY (If you get to a water tower and Harbor, you have gone too far.)
Tell the gate guard you are going to A94 & you will be told where to park.
